New lighttpd-1.3.10 gentoo ebuild

Today I made a new light-1.3.10 gentoo ebuild . The one in the portage (even unstable one – ~x86) is still 1.3.5. My ebuild have some small cosmetic changes:
- add new group lighthtpd (the original ebuild using root group)
- pid file moved to separate directory – /var/run/lighttpd/. I’m using this directory also for FCGI sockets
The example config for using with rails is also available
